What type of computer do you use?
Note: Answer the following questions to find your exact instructions.

Is your Mac managed by Motorola Solutions?
Note: Your Mac is managed by Motorola Solutions if you see a key icon on your menu bar.
Alternatively, you can verify this by going to System Settings → General → Device Management. If configuration profiles (like "Enrollment Profile") are listed, the Mac is enrolled and managed.

Do you remember your Motorola Solutions password?
Select Yes if you know your current login credentials.

Are you connected to the Motorola Solutions network?
Note: If you are at a Motorola office make sure you’re on the M-Wireless network. Otherwise, connect to Motorola Solutions VPN.
Password Change Instructions
Click the key icon on the menu bar, then click Change Password.
Follow the instructions to change your password.
Sign in to Google Chrome using your new password.
If you are logged in on your mobile device, enter your new password when prompted.
Cannot connect to the VPN
If you are unable to use VPN, please update your Motorola Solutions password on the Change Password page.
Note: The password for logging in to your Mac does not change. Follow the steps below to update/sync the new password to your Mac.
Connect to the Motorola Solutions VPN using your new Motorola Solutions password.
Sign in to the macOS pop-up window.
Enter your new Motorola Solutions password and your local Mac password and click Sync Password.
Sign in to Google Chrome using your new password.
If you are logged in on your mobile device, enter your new password when prompted.
Note: The password for logging in to your computer does not change. Follow the steps below to update/sync the new password to your Mac.
Connect to the Motorola Solutions VPN.
Sign in to the macOS pop-up window.
Enter your new Motorola Solutions password and your local Mac password and click Sync Password.
Sign in to Google Chrome using your new password.
If you are logged in on your mobile device, enter your new password when prompted.

Do you remember your Motorola Solutions password?

Password Change
If you know your current password, update it on the Change Password page.
Sign in to Google Chrome using your new password.
If you are logged in on your mobile device, enter your new password when prompted.

The password for logging in to your Mac does not change.
If your Mac is company owned and not yet enrolled, please follow the instructions to enroll it. This will follow the Motorola Solutions iProtect policy: Mac Enrollment.
Password Reset
If you don’t know your password, reset it using the Password Reset page.
Sign in to Google Chrome using your new password.
If you are logged in on your mobile device, enter your new password when prompted.
Notes:
The password for logging in to your Mac does not change.
If your Mac is company owned and not yet enrolled, please follow the instructions to enroll it. This will follow the Motorola Solutions iProtect policy: Mac Enrollment.

Do you log in with your Motorola Solutions CoreID?
Note: If your computer was joined to the Motorola Solutions Active Directory domain then you’ll be using your CoreID to login.

Instructions
Press [Ctrl]-[Alt]-[Delete] and use the "Change a password" option. Follow the prompts to update your password.
Sign in to Google Chrome using your new password.
If you are logged in on your mobile device, enter your new password when prompted.
Cannot connect to VPN
If you are unable to use VPN, please update your password on the Change Password page.
Follow these steps to sync/update your computer password:
Connect to Motorola Solutions VPN or M-Wireless network.
Press [Ctrl]-[Alt]-[Delete] and use the option "Lock".
Unlock your PC by using your new password.
Sign in to Google Chrome using your new password.
If you are logged in on your mobile device, enter your new password when prompted.
